standard smiter, rc prot with gift of health, and a woh/infuse (standard woh bar).
We rock at relic running, and winning altar maps with pd.
Also, we were running blood rit on the smiter, which is optional, but was working well (instead of windborne or whatever else you would run in that utility slot, with a 10 second duration).

How do you run PD on E/Mos? :P
I assume it's just a typo, as you have no Monk skills, and some other Mesmer skills.

I am teh dumb, and when I type a water bar I'm used to it being E/mo due to gvg. Edited to fix that mistake, responded for thread continuity.

Windbourne is nice to have, but you dont seem to have having problems with relic runs so meh.
Seems to be a fairly balanced build, seems solid.
btw <3 your guild name. Everybody has AIDS!

water snares+bodyblocking makes things pretty easy, It just depends on how much the other team engages. Of course, if things get really bad the warrior and fire ele can just go gank their ghost and run a relic then. It will take further testing (we don't HA that often collectively, half the team was from [Lame] last night) to determine how weak we really are on relic runs, and it varies from team to team of course.

As you don't have any hex removal apart from on your monks, I would place Smite Hex as the utility on the smiter. But yeah, hex teams are still few and far between.
